Who is the Tx Cigar Pirate?
The Tx Cigar Pirate is in real life a long time lover of the long leaf, Lloyd Lively, who has 25+ years in marketing, advertising, graphic design and TV/Film production. His long-time love of cigars and no nonsense approach to life has other cigar lovers coming to Lloyd for reviews and opinions of cigars, lifestyle and political advice.
Lloyd lives by a code passed down to him by his grandfather, who was an East Texas watermelon farmer and cigar smoker himself.

As an Ambassador for Cigar Rights of America he fights for the industry to exist against political correctness and an over reaching government. He helps with local effeort to raise money and cigar donations for Cigars for Warriors.

For several years, Lloyd and his wife Jenny have been a part of the Channelview/Sheldon Metro Go Texan Committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR). The HLSR is the world’s largest all-volunteer charity raising money for college scholarships and research.
